It is truly wonderful to have a realization out of these completed two years of conscious repetitive routine of life! This realization embraces three key perspectives of “not forcing”, “feeling at ease” and “building rhythm” that I want to share.
“Not forcing” anything to happen or anyone to meet my expectation, without projecting conditions onto situations or people, but just be it and so be it!
“Feeling at ease” to allow thing to happen the way it is, just be it, no judgement; hence I feel less emotional attachment but feel at ease all the time! this is a wonderful experience for mental calmness and balance.
Under such at ease feeling moment by moment, I realized that a rhythm is created. This rhythm is crucial, it is as if a life heart beat to keep me going! This life rhythm is so repetitive, yet I found myself without emotional or physical attachment to the routine, just be it and so be it!
My realization of such rhythm in an at ease state of feeling is the best way to experience and explain presence moment! This life rhythm helps me to experience presence more than ever! I am easily convinced myself to keep presence not because of following the trendy buzzword but a realization out of own experience.
My realization of Presence have 3 key dimensions: “Not forcing” that is just be it; “feeling at ease” that is no judgement; and “building rhythm” that is no attachment! With these dimensions of experiences, it helps to check in with presence moment in a prolonged period of time! Life with presence is spiritually fulfilled!
