Have you ever heard the phrase, “We are One, We are Love and Light”? It sounds soothing, doesn’t it? However, over time, it seems that people often repeat this without fully understanding what it means to be One, or why we keep saying “love and light.”

Let’s delve into this concept. It’s quite simple yet profound—it reflects the interconnected nature of all things and the energy of our feelings.

Consider our inner knowledge that we cannot live without oxygen. This fundamental aspect of our existence closely connects us with trees, plants, and nature. Trees absorb nutrients from the earth, rain, sun, and wind, all of which support their growth. During photosynthesis, trees release oxygen, giving us the fresh air we breathe. This basic example illustrates how interconnected we are. As the Buddha said, we tread on the ashes of our ancestors, and eventually, we too will become part of the earth. The minerals on this planet remain here, constantly recycled.

Reflecting on this, modern humans, Homo sapiens, have been around for about 300,000 years. Ash, soil, rocks, and water are continuously recycled on Earth. Isn’t it clear that all existences are interconnected, supporting and nourishing each other?

With this understanding, our hearts ignite with a passion to see the world and our existence from a new perspective. When we learn for the greater good, rather than merely to fulfill societal survival skills, we shift our view. This shift can liberate us, removing the discrimination of things because we recognize that we are One.

Viewing people, things, and beings as One reduces mental noise. This clarity generates Right Thought, filled with compassion and kindness. High-vibration thoughts lead to Right Action, which in turn brings harmony to all beings.

Examining this pattern, we see that Right Knowledge sparks our hearts; Right View liberates us; Right Thought, infused with compassion and kindness, heals; and Right Action brings harmony to all beings.

Thus, “We are Love & Light” unfolds. The energy of love is compassion and kindness. We generate thoughts with Love energy! Right Knowledge and Right View turn information into impactful life wisdom. This wisdom is the Light that shows the right path for everyone. This Light is wisdom!

By consciously generating Love & Light, we can bring healing and harmony to all beings, including the Earth. Imagine the impact if 8 billion people held this thought—to heal and change the world’s energy field. It’s up to us to make this change, using our powerful tool: the capacity to make choices.
