The Power of Thought

When we try not to think, more thoughts come all at once! Or once our body physical activity stops, tons of thoughts flooding into the mind! That’s the nature of the mind! It’s busy in nature, it’s non-stop in nature like a monkey! So what can we do to stop the over thinking mind?

We can train it like training the muscle, then we can control it! Alike training the body muscles, we need to train the mind muscles, so that it becomes more elastic, more flexible, more space when facing daily life adverse situations to allow us time and space to “act” rather than “react” to the events. “React” implies one is repeatedly to act the same action; and therefore it often get the same result! In order to change things to happen in a different way, the only way is to change the way of thoughts, then the approach of decision changes accordingly.

The Power of thoughts

to realize how powerful the thought is, just by observing the pattern of your thought. How much % you focus on positive thoughts? How much % you focus on negative thoughts? The thought is a seed of life event, the quality of plant depends on the quality of the seed and nutrients. It is the same as life experience, it depends on the thinking approach, it then determines the outcome!

Every thought triggers some sort of emotion and it leads to choices of action we take, and that action leads to the particular result! Some refers this cycle as the “karma of thought”! The result is good or bad can trace it back to the seed of thought! This cycle of thought-emotion-action-result is a normality, this formula is fixed. So by substituting a positive thought rather than a negative thought, the result can be completely the opposite!

Make this an experiment to see for yourself! Make a change for yourself needs courage and trust that we are all our own healers.
